Hearing Aid Repairs made simple…. Because they are stressful and necessary.

All of our repairs that we can do in-house are free. The only time we would charge is if we have to special order a part for you…. And even then that’s if the hearing aid is from a manufacturer we do not have. If we can fix it we do… and we do it for free.

For my patients, you don’t pay for repairs unless they were chewed up by a dog or ran over something crazy… even then…. We have been able to fix them with no charge for these reasons somehow.

For non-patients we only charge if it costs us money and we charge what it costs us no more.

If we have to send it to a manufacturer to be repaired we again… only charge what they charge us. That said, it tends to be way less than you would think. The process is simple… schedule an appointment with the office, come in and we tell you what we can do and what to expect if we have to send it off. 85% of the time we can fix the devices in 20 minutes. 

How do you fix my Hearing aids?

We teach our team how to take the devices apart and reassemble them. Most of the time it is just a bad speaker or a little bit of moisture. We have a vacuum dryer that removes moisture and we carry extra parts for most hearing aids. If we can not fix it – we know who can. We negotiated prices with the “All Make Repair Labs” and prioritize getting you hearing again ASAP. If you have to send your hearing aids off, we offer loaner sets so you don’t have to go without them.

Redux System

Here is some information on our REDUX system that removed moisture from hearing aids. It is pretty amazing and a lifesaver for so many patients. And we don’t charge anyone if they need to use it.

How long does a typical hearing aid repair take?

Most times we can fix them in office for no charge and 15 minutes. If it needs to go to the manufacturer it tends to get back to us in 2 weeks.

What are the most common issues that require hearing aid repairs?

Common issues include battery problems, dead microphones, physical damage, and malfunctioning components. Bring it in, if we can fix it we do it on the spot.

Do you offer loaner devices while my hearing aid is being repaired?

Yes, Athens Hearing Aid Factory Outlet provides loaner devices to ensure you are not without hearing assistance while your device is being repaired. We started the company with this as one of our core requirements.

Is it more cost-effective to repair my hearing aid or buy a new one?

This depends on the extent of the damage and the age of your hearing aid. If it is minor then repairs can be more cost effective. Most times a repair can cost nothing and is more minor than you think. Half of the time they just need to be run through a vacuum dryer and cleaned really well.

Do you provide warranties on hearing aid repairs?

Athens Hearing Aid Factory Outlet offers warranties on their hearing aid repairs, ensuring peace of mind and quality service. All of our new devices also come with extended warranties as well.

How much does Athens Hearing Aid Factory Outlet charge for hearing aid repairs?

All repairs are free so long as we have the part in stock. If we have to special order or send to a lab to be repaired then we only charge what we are charged. It is how we help people stay hearing especially when they can not afford it.

Yes, we can repair hearing aids from various manufacturers. If we cant fix it, we know who can and have negotiated prices with All Make Repair Labs to ensure quick and affordable repairs. Our in-house repairs are free also. It is one of the reasons we started this company.
