- Bulk Ordering: We order our hearing aids in bulk and get discounts then pass them to the patients
- Lean Six Sigma: We use Lean six sigma (The same process Toyota uses in their business to make amazing vehicles) for our process within the company to eliminate errors from our processes in order to ensure service is smooth and fast. Essentially it’s about doing it right the first time 98% of the time.
