Hearing Aid Repairs made simple…. Because they are stressful and necessary.
All of our repairs that we can do in-house are free. The only time we would charge is if we have to special order a part for you…. And even then that’s if the hearing aid is from a manufacturer we do not have. If we can fix it we do… and we do it for free.
For my patients, you don’t pay for repairs unless they were chewed up by a dog or ran over something crazy… even then…. We have been able to fix them with no charge for these reasons somehow.
For non-patients we only charge if it costs us money and we charge what it costs us no more.
If we have to send it to a manufacturer to be repaired we again… only charge what they charge us. That said, it tends to be way less than you would think. The process is simple… schedule an appointment with the office, come in and we tell you what we can do and what to expect if we have to send it off. 85% of the time we can fix the devices in 20 minutes.
How do you fix my Hearing aids?
We teach our team how to take the devices apart and reassemble them. Most of the time it is just a bad speaker or a little bit of moisture. We have a vacuum dryer that removes moisture and we carry extra parts for most hearing aids. If we can not fix it – we know who can. We negotiated prices with the “All Make Repair Labs” and prioritize getting you hearing again ASAP. If you have to send your hearing aids off, we offer loaner sets so you don’t have to go without them.
Redux System
Here is some information on our REDUX system that removed moisture from hearing aids. It is pretty amazing and a lifesaver for so many patients. And we don’t charge anyone if they need to use it.
