We are a privately owned hearing clinic located in Athens, Georgia. We are full service for anything related to hearing aids and hearing tests. We have state-of-the-art equipment, and our primary focus is on keeping the process of managing your hearing loss as SIMPLE and AFFORDABLE as possible. Our patients never pay for anything other than the hearing aids and a loss and damage claim. Everything else we offer was designed to be included in what we do because we couldn’t afford the adjustments ourselves at one point. So we removed the barriers that others experience when it comes to getting their hearing aids working properly…. And for the most part, it is just to expensive… We created this company and everything it does around solving this problem. Why Did We Start This?

My personal bad experience directly influenced me to start this company because I realized it was not just an experience I was having…. But it was the standard of care with all hearing centers. 

We started this company with bad experiences with my family…. It is that simple. From insane pricing that we could not afford, to terrible times that we could not make for appointments because the Hearing clinics we were going to were open 2 or 3 days a week (banking hours on top of that)…. We were lied to about needed services, we were lied to about expectations, we were lied too about things not being able to be repaired and forced to buy new devices we had no way to afford. 

We tried so many other providers and looked EVERYWHERE for a way to get someone to just do a simple repair… but everyone told us there were no options… we had to spend $8,000 for hearing aids and get new ones or not hear. It was an eye-opening experience until we made it our priority to find another solution. Long story short, we found a way and we built everything we are today around the solutions we were able to find. Partnerships with repair labs all over, devices and equipment that extend the life of hearing devices, extending warranties through manufacturers, and selecting the right hearing aid devices on the front end that are more easily repaired in office than having to rely on sending them off in the first place. 

We learned everything we could about anything to do with hearing aids and simplified the process for our patients to the point where they just walk in our office and what needs to be done is done. Our experiences are what make us; we decided not to let them make us helpless but helpful.
